Doug did the virtual tour for our home sale and I'm sure it was a huge boost to our buyer traffic. This place is a fixer-upper, but he made it look its very best. He has a great eye for the most attractive angle. His images are sharp, with compelling light and color. His composition of the actual tour was smooth and logical, executed without flaw. Doug photographed our home in November of 2014 in preparation for our real estate agent listing it for sale. As part of Doug's routine services our home was shown through social media as well as standard real estate channels. As a result of Doug's exceptional work we had 14 showings in the first five days and two offers on the sixth day. Doug created A virtual tour of the home I had listed Clovis. The young lady that actually purchase the house first saw the house on Facebook and then asked her agent to show it to her. The home didn't last much more than a week on the market. The home that these sellers purchase had also had a virtual tour done by Doug to which caught their attention and that's why I showed that house which they in turn purchased. My very next listing you can bet I had Doug do the pictures and virtual tour. This home went on the very end of December and didn't even last weekend. Because of Doug's excellent work could see it help three different houses sell. I could not imagine not using him ever again in the future. He does what he says and does a phenomenal job. Doug worked diligently on my listing, he staged each room for photographs to ensure a proper picture. He went above an beyond just taking photos (Which were excellent) and produced a virtual tour (Set to music), up loaded the tour to my You tube channel, walked me threw the process to upload the tour and photos to MLS, set me up with an easy to use interface to access the images which also allows to make a flyer with Qcode giving direct access to the tour by the smart phone. I have already referred him to every agent in my office. Tomorrow we go to complete another listing. He is professional, courteous, timely, and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to using him on all my future endeavors.

I gotta give a big Shout Out to Doug Rose! Everytime, I have a new listing I call you for 3 reasons. 1st - I leverage you and your business, by that I mean I hire you to take photos because your better at it, than I am.
