Chris and his staff went above and beyond to help me streamline the process of becoming a client. They made it easy to make my appointment, modified my lab request when my I needed it and when I had an issue with scheduling an appointment they adjusted their schedule to meet mine so I could complete the testing. My visit with Dr. Aussems was amazing! He was thorough and patient while listening to my health concerns. I have multiple health problems including, fibromyalgia, autoimmune, osteoarthritis, migraines, menopause, ptsd, and more. .. Don’t give up on feeling better and try this Doctor!! I have never seen a Dr who was so patient in listening to my concerns and absolutely DETERMINED to Help me in anyway possible! Other Dr appointments go no further then 20 minutes your in front of them and writing a new prescriptions And a wait and see attitude, followed by a semi sincere see you in a month closing. After calling the office, I had a short phone interview and I found someone who really cared and listened to me for the first time. Next, I found out he came into the office on his day off because he cared that much! Since then, I have received ongoing compassionate care with amazing results! Dr. Sears is great! I was skeptical about what naturopathic medicine was all about and had a ton of questions to see if it was something that would really be beneficial to me or if if was just a bunch of "fluff". They offer a free 15 minute consult (which by the way can be done over the phone or skype/facetime!), so I decided to try it out. Dr. Sears was very patient with all my questions and was able to give me different treatment options with my medical issues. He did not try to sell me on any of them, just simply explained the pros/cons of each and left it up to me to decide if I wanted to go ahead with them. I thought that was different since people try to sell you on everything these days! Anyhow, I did decide to take some of this advise and I am so glad I did! I have been a patient of Dr. Cavaiola's for approximately three years. During this time he has treated my husband and I for various issues such as thyroid, adrenal stress, hormonal imbalances and most recently food allergies. We have been very pleased with the service Dr. Cavaiola gives our family as he makes himself accessible to the patient and is never too busy to make personal contact for medical reasons. We are also extremely satisfied with his biological knowledge of the body, how each system works together and how he effectively manages and manipulates those areas with the latest naturopathic modes of treatment.If I could rate Dr. Cavaiola on a scale of one to five, he would be a five.
