Phenomenal Creations was the best choice that I made EVER as far as decorating and cake and having edibles made by them everything honestly came out perfect! They are super professional on time, easy-going, they’ll even work with you if you are having certain budget in mind, they will work with you period GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
