Peter arrived on time and took photos of my wedding and reception. We paid 2/3 of the agreed amount by the wedding. It's been almost 2 years since our wedding and we have not received images as promised. Communication has been poor and when we are able to communicate, he makes an excuse followed by an extended date he would have them.
