I have experience as a psychotherapist. This helps me understand where clients are at a deeper level. This helps me establish and maintain relationships with clients such that we can focus on where clients want to go based on their strengths and the resources they can access.

It's important that the work focuses primarily on amplifying the positive aspects of the clients life without getting too caught up in negative experiences that have caused them to become bogged down repeating old patterns that cause them suffering and difficulty living the life they want.

Establishing a sense of trust and connection between coach and client is the foundation of the coaching relationship.

Clients are able to move forward when they can access more self-love, sense of their own power and ability to connect with others in positive ways with less interference from the negativity of the past.
