I want to thank each and everyone of you, from the time I walked through the door. You were all so welcoming, and kind. I felt very supportive and at ease. I can’t recall the last time and if at all, that’s occurred for me during a visit to the vet. Dr. Hu, is very sweet and I felt I could fully trust her. So thank you again, also the follow up phone call from her really made me happy. You are our new vet. I passed on your information to three families too, thanks again. ♥️♥️♥️

We've had a couple visits now. I'm happy with Best Friends Animal in North Hollywood / Valley Village. The vets have been excellent. The techs are nice and highly skilled. And the office staff are very nice and good at what they do. The fees are reasonable. Had a bad experience at one chain office, Value Vet.
