We have been using this tax service for over 25 years. Wouldn't trust anyone else. "Our" tax guy is Bob. He makes it his job to know where we come from, what we do and can advise us on how to change, keep or think about our deductions and spending. I've been getting my taxes done by Personalized for years, from Betsy, Esther & Dana, I've always had excellent service. My taxes have always been pretty easy, yet I'm always treated as a VIP client. I have sent a few co-workers to Personalized & they have all been so happy. Not only do the ladies at Personalized make sure they are getting my maximum refund, but they seem to actually care & remember things about my life, even though I see them once a year.
