What do you love most about your job?
I value the genuine care, compassion and collaboration that form the foundation of each coaching relationship. It's extraordinary connecting with each client and together formatting their goals into actionable items. And then, of course, inspiring and holding each one accountable for their transformation through every session.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a counselor I recognized people's desire to build interpersonal skills to transform their future, not heal past wounds. I love enthusiastically supporting and holding clients accountable as they embrace new habits, and move out of their comfort zone to achieve their goals. Starting this business was one of the best decisions of my life! I was honored with a Top Entrepreneur Award in Dallas in 2017!
