I have been remiss in not posting my review of this superb computer service sooner, and for that, I humbly apologize to Emil and his excellent crew.  Over the past couple of years, I have enlisted their help in resolving/repairing my various desktop pc problems, and have been treated with calm respect & reassurance. I have always been given a clear analysis and explanation of the services required to make my computer function properly again. The repair costs have been very reasonable, and clearly broken down on their job invoices.  For a nominal fee, they have also been willing to deliver the computer tower back to my residence and set it up for me.  For someone who is not much of a "techie", I greatly appreciated this aspect of their service!!  I highly recommend Personal Computer S & S for any and all computer needs!!! I had to bring my PC Back after them replacing my CPU heatsink. My fan in my pc was making really weird noise it was like a crackle sound. So I went on Amazon found the right fan and the right measurement. I brought it to them and they were able to install it for me at really good price. It only took 20 minutes which was very amazing. This is the third time I take My computer to this place. One would have thought that that is a bad thing since I need to come more than once, the real reason is each and every time I came was 18 months apart. I think it makes sense to each and every machine we use could use a tune-up once every year at least in this case I took it in once every year and a half. These guys are the best! They can fix anything electronic. One day, our office phones had obviously been set up improperly by someone else. Sarkis with Personal Computer Sales & Service was at our office quite quickly and knew exactly what to do and was so fast! So, it doesn't matter if it's office or home, these guys are the best. Yes, I know I'm being repetitive, but it's true. Just wish they were closer to the East Valley. They're my go-to computer people since moving out here. My work/personal computer has a few years in it, so when I've needed it cleaned out or fans replaced, they have been good with promptly getting it fixed once the parts are in. When I had them taking care of my computer another time when there was a keyboard issue, they lent me a keyboard until the new one arrived. I am a return customer to this business.  Emil, the owner has great customer service skills as well as excellent computer knowledge.  I wanted to buy a rebuilt computer from him, as I had in the past because I trust his skills and abilities.  I was not disappointed whatsoever. I have an older Mac that I have relied on at the core of my business for many years.  I use specific CAD software that holds thousands of my designs and is no longer available for the newer generation of Macs.  I have feared for many years that my Mac would die, making decades of my work inaccessible.Well, those fears were realized the other day.  After calling the retailer that originally sold me the computer, as well as several big box repair centers, I heard the same story everywhere..."nobody has parts for that old machine", etc.  Well the guys at PC Sales & Service 14007 Ventura Blvd Sherman Oaks CA proved them wrong.  They were able to get my precious program running again, and running better than it has in many years.  These guys saved me when everyone else said it was hopeless.  They also had an old hard drive that worked in my old machine and used it to clone my drive, giving me hope I can survive a future failure as well.So, to summarize, these guys not only saved me from disaster, they did it quickly and for a very reasonable charge.  I can't say enough about the great job they did, and I would recommend them to anyone with a computer problem without hesitation!Thanks guys for keeping me in business!!!! After doing a Yelp search, I called Emil in desperation after removing the roller thingy on my ink jet printer. Three of us in the office tried to pop it back in, one of which is a surgeon with mad skills all around and even he wasn't able to finagle it. Amil was so kind on the phone and told me although they specialize in laser printers that I could bring it in and he would be happy to look at it.Both Sarkin and Emil quickly discovered that the piece is not meant to be removed! Imagine my embarrassment, but I got over myself pretty quickly because I was so grateful they were able to fix it. We always get excellent service and advice from these guys for our home computers. This time, we bought a refurbished MacBook Pro from them, and could not be happier with it and them. I have been coming to PC Sales and Service since they opened and although I live about 20 miles away, and have to deal with the 405, there is no one else I would trust with my computer. Amazing customer service! For repairs that i don't have knowledge on like cars and computers i need someone i can trust. I had used these guys years ago. So here we go:  My employer sent me to "PC Sales and Service" to pick up a laptop which had been sent in for servicing.  Emil, the owner, meets me immediately with a genuine greeting, acknowledges that he does have my machine ready, and offers me coffee and a seat while I wait. Within about 1 or 2 minutes, he is up front again with the laptop, its power  pack, and the paperwork.  Emil opens up the laptop on the desk, starts it up, shows me the password and settings (as my employer requested), and offers to answer further questions.  What more could I want?  Great service, done for the agreed price, and that was it! Really happy to have found this place. Ran out of disc space and I got the infamous "white screen of death" on my MacBook. They were able to help me out, and had quick service. However, I was a bit put off that they tried to charge me $39.99 to download the newest apple software Mojave... it's a free software and I told them I would just do it myself. Just really bizarre they'd charge 40 bucks to press a button. Wont knock down a star for that, but I feel it's worth mentioning. More...

My computer was getting slower and slower at booting up and opening programs and docs.  One day it appeared to be close to breathing its last.  I gave it to PC Sales & Services thinking I'd probably have to buy a new computer.  Instead, they installed a new solid state hard drive and BIOS battery.  For much less than the cost of a new computer, I have my old one, much faster than when it was new!!
