Fit Body Boot Camp is a GREAT workout! I haven’t worked out in a very long time. My best friend has been doing this workout for 2 years and loves it, so I thought I would give it a shot! When I came for a free week I was met by instructors who make sure they know your name, if you have any issues or problems so they can adjust the exercises they give and constant coaching and feedback. Franchise fees are way too high. It leaves the franchisees with really high overhead and lots of added stress with all these fees, plus a huge amount of gimmick "challenges" corprorate is always doing and keeping all the fees is purely corporate office greed. It leaves the owners always on edge and under additional stress. I have now had poor experiences at 2 locations because of owner stress, at Waukesha, WI and N. Phoenix, AZ.
