They did a great job cleaning my carpet! My husband had made a few stains, including syrup, and some were preexisting when we bought our house but the carpet looks spotless now! Only one guy came so I'm sure he could've used some help, but he did a great job! It was pretty close to what I was quoted, a little more so I excluded the stairs and decided I'd just clean those myself. Still cheaper than Stanley steemer would've been. And their great reviews is what led me to them! I would use them again in the future, but hopefully we can keep up with stains and not need to get it cleaned again. Thanks guys! More...

We have a nineteen year old home with tile and grout showing it’s age. Perfect Pear came in and did a treatment on our slate tile on floor, shower and walls. Now it looks brand new. In addition, they cleaned the porcelain tile in our living room and kitchen. They then used a grout stain and seal product in the grout. I am watching a miracle happen to my carpet, which needed much more attention than I thought. After several months of major renovations my family room was ready to be put back together. My newly cleaned rug and furniture were placed back in the room. The rug is oversized and the furniture is extremely heavy. Perfect Pear did a fantastic job of putting it all back where it belonged, asking me many times if I was happy with the placement and willing to make adjustments of even a half of an inch to make me happy. I strongly recommend Perfect Pear to anyone needing their rugs cleaned. My Persian rug looks brand new and the colors are vibrant again, even though the rug is over 85 years old. I called Perfect Pear at the recommendation of a realtor friend when another company really did a poor job - left stains, visible shampoo residue, etc. and would not come back to make the situation right. I was desperate! I was expecting overnight company in just a few days. They worked me in the day I called. The owner came out, looked over the situation, and gave me three choices of ways to address it. The technicians were polite, thorough and professional. THE place for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning (and more, but don’t have personal experience in the other areas). They will come back as many times as needed to make sure everything is done properly. I have personal experience with this. They were unsure of the type of leather for one of my chairs that they were to clean. The big man himself Deland came back to check and ended up cleaning it himself. I was given their name from a very reputable carpet company so I gave them a try. They are not the '$99 to clean the carpeting in your entire house' people, but rather a professional carpet cleaning company that knows what they are doing. They even put large fans in place to dry the carpet after they cleaned it. I am a repeat customer, have nice carpeting and want to keep it that way.
