I love helping leaders reach their full potential and improve their confidence at work. I love having great coaching conversations that are deep, open, productive and practical!

After nearly 15 years in corporate America — including training and leadership development, general HR, and top HR executive roles — I no longer felt fulfilled by my career. Every day consisted of putting out fires. Fewer and fewer days included helping individual employees.

In each of my positions, I internally coached staff, from front line worker, to rising and middle management, to C-level. I always knew that coaching was my passion and my calling. I left the corporate grind in the spring of 2022 to focus on coaching full time, and I couldn’t be more satisfied!

I bring both my experience in corporate leadership, and also a classic coaching approach as established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also have a millennial perspective that many other coaches do not have, and most of my clients appreciate. These three factors help me work with clients to identify practical solutions to their unique work-related challenges. I specialize in rising management; it’s executive coaching for future executives. I also work with entrepreneurs who suddenly find themselves with a growing workforce.

All sessions conducted remotely (via Zoom or the client’s preferred tool), unless a client in the greater Atlanta area specifically requests face to face sessions.

I am fully vaccinated and follow all CDC, OSHA, and other applicable recommendations to protect clients, partners, and myself from COVID-19.
