Very beautiful hotel. Room very nice area fantastic. Staff excellent. Asked for a fridge and coffee maker, no bother at all. Even though being English I always think you should have tea and coffee maker and welcoming biscuits in your room as a matter of courtesy. The Pendry is hands down my favorite hotel. From Valet, checkin, housekeeping, food and beverage staff, everyone at the hotel is extremely professional and truly there to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The concierge was extremely attentive and valet was pretty on point with having my rental ready by the time we got down to the lobby. That shower was a room on its own. Beds were comfy enough to sink in the sheets but firm as well. Very accessible to Gaslamp Quarter district. The Moet Champagne vending machine was a pleasant surprise. Brunch was perfect outside on the patio at their restaurant Provisional. It was a great experience with this hotel. I'll definitely be back on my next trip back. More...

This is an amazing boutique hotel in San Diego’s Gaslamp District. We had amazing service in all but one of the on site food and beverage establishments but the reception, bellmen, cleaning and valet staff more than made up for the one dissatisfactory experience.
