What makes a great website?
The best website is the one that helps you land new business, serve your customers, and earn repeat business. It's easy to lose focus on those objectives and get wrapped up in a fancy design or fun features, but my job as your partner is to help make sure your website aligns with your business goals.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The three most important questions are: 1) What are your business goals, and 2) who are your primary customers, and 3) what problems do you solve. Being clear on each of those points is crucial to the success of your website and your business.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping my clients "move the needle" in their business. When my clients succeed, so do I.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent most of my life consulting for medium and large companies but got tired of the endless politics, red tape, and holdups involved in making any changes. When I left that phase of my life I decided that I wanted to help smaller businesses achieve their goals without all the bureaucracy.

I partner with my clients to help them achieve their goals rather than simply being an order taker. We have also "been there, done that" and know how to get the results you are after.
