How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The best way to accomplish a goal, is constant monitoring. From day one I keep records, and we do at least one monthly revaluation every month. This keeps me knowledgeable about your progress, in addition to making sure we are properly on pace to accomplish that goal.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I wish there was a secret. Unfortubately there are no short cuts. It takes lots of hard work and dedication, as well as an overall balanced approach to eating properly. The individuals that get results the quickest are the ones that approach diet just as seriously as they approach the workout. That being said, there are a lot of things we can do to ensure that the type of weight we are losing, or gaining if that's your goal, is the proper weight. It's not just about calories in and calories out. The type of calories we ingest are just as important as the portion size. We are all a little different, so every plan is customized for the individual.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love watching people do things they didn't think they could. Maybe for one person that might be hitting a big number on bench. For others it could be losing 20 lbs. Watching the growth that occurs when someone accomplishes a big moment is the proudest a coach can ever feel.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because I wanted to provide a type of service no one else in the area has. Not just personal training, but also being able to provide nutrition services as well as working with special populations for a balanced approach to living. My main focus is providing great workouts, and even better customer service. I will absolutely go without sleep if that's what It takes to get my clients results. They are first, always!
