My practice serves individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, bullying, family conflict, addiction. Our goal is to help individuals reduce the amount of stress in their lives by helping them gain insight and coping skills to decrease symptoms.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping individuals progress to happier version of themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I grew up in a toxic environment and I made up in my mind if things got better for me then I would give back to the community.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I am empathetic and I understand personally what is like to suffer from life experiences. I also know how to overcome obstacles with determination and the willingness to ask for help.
