The food was delicious! I had a crab cake on rice with sweet potato mash and a side ceasar salad. The sweet potato mash was incredible. It tasted like pie filling. The side salads were big and fresh. The crab cake was amazing. It didn't even need tartar sauce. Their buttered rolls were also to die for. They were very fresh as well. The service was great. I picked this spot to celebrate a birthday. And may I add I switched restaurants 2 times. Best decision. We ordered a variety of things on the menu (seafood, pasta, chicken and steak) and not one dish disappointed us. The portions were good and its a definite win win if you can cook my ribeye the right way, which was a 16 oz. perfect medium. Those clams casino made my tummy very happy. My son and friends went to Two Rivers before homecoming. They had an amazing time. He recommended it for us to take him for his 18th birthday. It was amazing. We attended a dinner that was hosted by Premier Planning Group! Both the dinner and seminar get 5 Stars! I had the 14oz NY Strip Steak. I will not grade the salad or potato (delicious) because anyone can do those, not! The steak was on the money! Cooked just as I requested. Great flavor and tender to the last bite! I think my mom says it best when she says "You can't get a bad meal at Two Rivers." We had our rehearal dinner there, we've celebrated anniversaries and family birthdays all at Two Rivers. Someone in our family is there at least every 2 weeks. We take all of our out of town visitors here and they all rave about it! I love that I live so close to such a delicious and friendly place! Added bonus is we just had our first in house cake baked by Erin tonight....the whole family agreed it is the best cake we have ever had! And she went above and beyond decorating! It was beautiful! I used to go to Two Rivers at least 2 weekends a month and my significant other and I ordered the same thing every time. Everything was always wonderful until on multiple visits we had extremely bad service and poorly cooked food. Food that should have never been served. Eventually we reached out and informed the restaurant of our displeasure. We were asked to come in with the understanding that everything would be taken care so we could be shown what we should expect. Everything was great but of course our meal was under a microscope the entire time by the manager. Flash forward to my most recent visit on Sunday the 22nd. Our server provided by far the best service I’ve ever had a restaurant. At times, certain people in my large party were demanding and still our server handled everything professionally. He kept everything in order for separate checks and rarely allowed our beverages to run dry. On top of the service, the food was also out of this world. The food was even better than the supervised visit we had sometime ago. My rib-eye with bleu cheese was a perfect med rare, sweet fries were crispy and the veggies weren’t soggy. From what I was told, everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their food as well. Needless to say, after working in the industry for years, I know that establishments have there ups and downs but this restaurant has certainly righted their shipped and you should expect nothing less than an exceptional experience here.
