This program provides rehabilitation and support for participants to develop and enhance their community and independent living skills. This program assists participants with accessing and coordinating services and resources in their communities and works to ensure that each individual has access to the best possible treatment and care.
Who we Serve?
This program serves Adults, Adolescents and Children who are undergoing severe mental health issues and need a higher level of care which helps to support in developing or maintaining the skills needed to function successfully in the community.
Passionate Behavioral Health Center offers a team of licensed Professionals ( social workers and Counselors) including program and service Coordinators who ensure these clients have the best quality care and treatment needed.

Intensive outpatient program (IOPs) is a treatment program used to address addictions, depression, eating disorders, or other dependencies that do not require detoxification or round-the-clock supervision. This program enables patients to continue with their normal, day-to-day lives in a way that residential treatment programs do not. Being that residential treatment requires that clients reside on site, clients in intensive outpatient programs live at home.

Partial hospitalization provides a structured program for outpatient psychiatric services as an alternative to inpatient psychiatric care. It’s more intense than care you get in a doctor’s or therapist’s office. This treatment is provided during the day and doesn’t require an overnight stay.
This program is a very structured day program that provides several hours of therapy and skill building groups each day. In the PHP program individuals will participate in a daily routine but will go back home each night. Individuals who have been struggling with substance abuse and addiction, mental health disorders, and/or behavioral health could benefit from the partial hospitalization program.

This program is a combination of using medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat substance abuse disorders as well as preventing opioid overdose. Research has proven that using medication and therapy has successfully helped treated people with substance abuse disorders. In this program people struggling with addiction problems, medication assisted treatment has proven to be a sustainable form of treatment recovery.

This program is carefully designed to help individuals overcome the different challenges that behavioral and mental health conditions can bring. Through this program, hospitalization of the individual can be prevented and both participants and families can be treated and a smooth transition back to their normal, everyday lives can be ensured.

This program offers a variety of different forms of therapeutic interventions:
• Individual therapy
• Family therapy
• Group therapy
• Medication management
Also, treatment plans are created based on the Individual’s needs and the level of care needed.

This program supports babies and kids with developmental delays and disabilities and their families. Providing services early helps children catch up and increases their chances for success in school and life overall.
Early intervention is for children from birth to age 3. To be eligible, your child must have either:
• A developmental delay—be far behind other kids his age.
• A specific health condition that will probably lead to a delay—this includes genetic disorders, birth defects and hearing loss, but typically not learning or attention issues like dyslexia and ADHD.

DUI Program
This program offers DUI classes and rehabilitation courses designed to provide advice and help to those convicted of a driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or even prescription medication. Responsible driving, alcohol education and the latest DUI laws are some of the subjects covered through the courses of DUI class.
Those convicted of a drug or alcohol driving under the influence offense, are typically ordered to take local DUI classes by the court at sentencing.
