Excellent! Got the pulled pork plate with the brussel sprout slaw and chipotle roaster carrots. Some of the best pulled pork I have ever had.

Went on a Saturday night and the Oakley Kitchen was hopping. I knew I wanted to check out Parts and Labor so we took a seat at their tiny counter. The brisket cheeseburger is one of the best burgers I've ever had. It's brisket. It's a burger. Hello? Didn't have an issue with it being sloppy. Got a little roughage on the side with the Brussels slaw. Very nice. The wife got smoked trout salad and freaked out. She saw the chipotle carrots go by and thought they looked awesome so she got some. But here's the thing.......SHE HATES CARROTS! But loves these! (Must be the end times). I'm often amazed how internet reviews can be so wildly different about the same product. Yeah it's a little expensive, but cheap for a happy memory. I've had happy memories that cost way more.Parts and Labor is now a destination for us. More...

I stopped by here for dinner with a bunch of new friends and decided on Parts and Labor for my meal.I ordered the cheeseburger brisket sandwich. It was quite expensive for only a sandwich - $14 plus tax and tip. I was disappointed because their restaurant smelled so so so good and the sandwich was just okay. It was messy and soggy. It fell apart when I was trying to eat it. I only ate half before I gave up and threw it away. The other person in my group also ordered from there and was disappointed. I would not recommend. I just moved back to Cincy from San Francisco so I'm used to paying a lot for food but this place is insane. I got one brisket sandwich, which was pretty small, that came to $19 with tax and tip. If it was the best I'd had I wouldn't mind but it was pretty average to be honest. Won't be going back. More...

So much looked good on the menu. I knew I wanted oysters (I read the Enquirer food critic review), and I asked the counter guy to recommend between two of the smoked meat sandwiches. He said go for the pulled pork, and he was spot on. Can't wait to try the brisket too! More...

The Huli Huli chicken is outstanding, as well as the special corn that they make. I highly highly recommend choosing to eat here!

Located inside the new Oakley Food Kitchen, Parts & Labor is a new school barbeque restaurant.  I really think I ordered wrong and will be going back to try this place again.  I ordered the smoked trout caesar salad and it was kind of a letdown.  For $12 it's pretty small and there was not much actual trout in the salad at all.  What trout there was in the salad included three bones, so watch out for those.  My friend that had the ribs raved about them and the peach and prosciutto salad looked awesome as well.  Next time, I'll skip the salad and try one of those. Q&As

Brisket, ribs, pulled pork are all smoked over a live fire and seasoned with unique flavor profiles. You can beat our craft BBQ. Our side dishes are also unique in that we take familiar items and add unique flavors to each one.

It's simple, we just make really delicious food that customers can customize based on they like.

I love working with live-fire cooking. There's nothing more pleasing to the eyes, nose and stomach then perfectly smoked meats and fish.

The pandemic. We just wanted to be cooking again but felt uncomfortable going back to crowded kitchens.

We are chef-driven so everything we do is about creating the best food experience imaginable.

Services

We provide a unique BBQ menu with a range of service options including pickup and full service staffing.
