What do you love most about your job?
In the mental health and preventative health fields, the systems and bureaucracy often get in the way of focusing on effectiveness. I get energized when through working with clients I can help them optimize their energy, focus, mood, and goal attainment. To see concrete and timely positive outcomes as a result of my unique approach makes the whole process enjoyable and impactful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Between my combat service and my own upbringing, I have seen the consequences of ineffective solutions for mental health disorders, addiction, and stress. Through my own pursuit of behavioral & physical science, I was able to overcome long odds with a positive and effective outlook and strategic mindset.
Why should our clients choose you?
To be blunt, I am obsessive in my pursuit of strategies, which makes me very good at what I do. You will be hard-pressed to find another therapist in the area with my particular understanding of clinical meditation, neural and chemical sciences, exercise physiology, macro and micro nutrients, and protocols to target issues holistically by using the differential behavioral tools for the right job. What I know is simple if not easy, and can be adapted to your own life once focused to your own needs.
I am thrilled to train myself out of a job.
