What makes a great website?
A great website is determined by how well it meets the businesses objectives. Some businesses only need a brochure type website to present information. What do you love most about your job?
For me the best thing about what I do is the building aspect of it. Modern marketing and website technology can give any business the ability to put together and deploy a really high end marketing and conversion system without dropping hundreds of thousands of dollars. I really like to help clients bring their visions to life. It's always really satisfying seeing a clients reaction when they see their ideas, realized online and offline.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted more control over my time and income. I wanted the opportunity to build something that was of real value to me and my family. Something I could pass on or sell, when the time comes. Although, as long as I feel I am able to I will continue to learn and run my business. I love it.

We have been set up to provide all of our services virtually for years since we're a digital agency. While we love to meet people and work with our clients in person, between location and COVID, that simply isn't possible right now. We're fully equipped to do meetings with Zoom and other similar tools and have full featured Client Portals so our clients can view progress and track their projects in real time. We use the most cutting edge communications technology to ensure we're always available for our clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Even for local clients now, we focus more on Zoom and conference calls with Screen Sharing. We've added robust functionality to our customer portals and when and if we meet in person, we practice social distancing and follow CDC and WHO guidelines. Rest assured we take our clients and our own health and safety seriously.
