We boarded our dog here last week (7/17-7/22) - and then find out on their website that they’ve had an outbreak of kennel cough. We did not receive a phone call or any type of communication from them to let us know of this super contagious illness and to give us the option of finding someone who could have picked up our dog earlier than we had scheduled. So now we have a dog, who had been vaccinated against this, very, very sick. To pour salt into the wound..THEY ARE STILL OPEN, TAKING IN MORE DOGS…they NEVER CLOSED! I don’t leave reviews if they are bad, I’d like to give someone the chance to improve without blasting them on social media. Both dogs I boarded smelled horrible when I picked them up and they got a good bath before we dropped them off. Second, both have had the kennel cough shots. I have boarded them multiple places over the last 3-4 years and never had an issue. They both have kennel cough now. My wife called up there and talked to someone and all she got was I’m sorry. Third, I would like to think they will work on their customer service skills, which were not great. All of these things can be easily fixed. More...

Paradise Kennels to the rescue. Our little guy has horrible anxiety and hates grooming. We have been turned away from so many other groomers. Highly recommend! I had my fat bob tail cat groomed today and oh my gosh she looks GORGEOUS and smells heavenly . They did such a wonderful job, I’ll def bring Lizzy back in a couple of months.
