We joined along with a friend here who was looking for her biological parents. She’s in her 40’s now and had little information on her mom or dad. They found them both and it was fascinating how they did it! I own a Private Investigation company in Los Angeles County, CA. I received a call from Pantera Investigations in El Paso, TX asking for assistance with one of their active sensitive Child Custody cases in El Paso in which an infant child was unlawfully taken out of the State of Texas. These are our hero’s! I’m not even sure how to express the level of professional service we got from this company has been. They were just angels to us and they will never be forgotten.The circumstance that we were in was something we’d never wish on any family. Our daughter went to Juarez on a Saturday with two friends and she never returned with them. The girls said she stayed behind with someone she’d just met over there. Monday came around and still no calls or any word from anyone. This is when went into a total panic fearing the worst. Our belief was that she’d been kidnapped and that was the end of her. Every thought entered our heads and we felt helpless to the core.A law enforcement officer we talked to suggested calling a Private Investigator, specifically Pantera. We called and they opened their office for us at around 2:00am. It was treated as missing person with the possibility of a kidnapping. We were crying our eyes out and we were terrified for our daughter.After about three hours of being in the office, the investigator had figured something out with her phone account. His belief was that she was in E Paso and likely not in any danger. We still aren’t clear how they figured this out but at around 9:00am they brought our daughter home safely. This was the happiest moment and the biggest relief of my life! I remember hugging my daughter and not letting go of her.It turned out that she never went to Juarez and her friends were covering for her. She had runaway and was staying with someone she’d just met in El Paso. These investigators figured everything out through tracing lots of things that I still can’t wrap my brain around.The best part was they had a talk with my daughter for several hours and they turned her around. She understands what she did wrong and we as parents understand we were making mistakes too. We have our old relationship back again but so much stronger and we are happy to have each other.Today an investigator from Pantera called to check in and see how we’re doing and that really meant a lot to us. They are going to come by next week to check in and see how we’re doing. This is not something we’d expected but it was a true sign that they care. If I could somehow express what angels these people are I’d do it. They are good people and smart at their work.I can’t believe that kidnappings actually happen in our city but I learned they do. This agency is the greatest to be found anywhere! They will do flips if you need them to. They get it done and they won’t let up til they have the goods. I had a big problem with child custody matter that my attorney fought for over two years and we got nowhere. These investigators got involved and pretty much turned everything around in our favor where the truth finally cane to surface. I was awarded full custody of my kids and I have Pantera Investigations to thank! My boys are doing a hundred times better now in every area of their lives. I had to have someone served and tried with two different process servers. Both said to me that this person was hiding and would be extremely difficult to find. I was referred to this company to have the person tracked down. To my surprise this company found him living with a girlfriend in far east El Paso on the very same day that I gave them my case. I was in disbelief that it happened so quickly but they found him and he's been served. I asked them how they found him so fast and they didn't want to share which I can understand. My nephew has never known his father because his father is the total definition of a deadbeat dad. Whenever my sister tries to have a paternity test done nobody can find him to serve him. He keeps denying my nephew yet he looks like his twin. So why hide Chris if you’re not the father?We all finally had enough and we got a Private Investigator for my nephews sake. If he can’t have a dad at least he deserves child support.
