Wendy and her people always take wonderful care of my dogs. In boarding they would consistently loose ~5-10 lbs (they’re big) but when they’re at home there’s no anxiety and therefore no weight lost! I love Wendy and Pampered Pets but more importantly, my lab, Mina, loves her. Not long ago I had a meeting with Wendy and Mina was busier trying to get Wendy's attention than she usually is in getting mine. I suspect it is because Wendy always takes her for walks. I use Pampered Pets to take care of my sweet pup when I travel and they always leave a note with comments for each time they come out (twice a day). I have nothing but great things to say about Wendy! My dog is a bit high maintenance and is very particular with who is allowed to be around him. Wendy and Savannah came in with understanding, patience, and experience. I first called in a panic, needing her just two days later. She and Savannah came the very next day for a meet and greet, and the rest is history! We’ve been using them ever since, normally being gone from 7 to 10 days. I cannot be more pleased with Wendy and Savanah and the care and love they showed my 3 cats over the weekend. Our cats are 15, 7, and 3 months and I was extremely hesitant to leave them given their ages.
I met with Wendy and Savanah a few times beforehand and they made me feel completely comfortable and validated my concerns. While we were away I received pictures and text updates with each visit.
Upon our return, there was a welcome back note on the table as well as a list detailing what occurred with each visit.
I am so grateful for Wendy and Savanah and the care and love they gave our fur-babies!
