I offer an integrated massage suited to your individual needs, using advanced techniques to help increase vitality and stamina while promoting healthy relaxation and pain relief. 21 years experience. I use a rhythmical combination of various massage techniques specific to your personal needs. I combine techniques including Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity, Trager, and Reflexology, among others. I also offer instruction for breathing techniques, chakra/energy balancing, and guided relaxation. This style of massage is very relaxing and offers tremendous therapeutic value.

Yoga Classes are up to 90 minutes long. There is a 10 minute centering/focusing meditation at the beginning of class with breathing techniques, a warm-up series, a flow of yoga postures, and a 15 minute guided relaxation at the end of class. Modifications are offered for all postures and suited for all fitness and flexibility levels (or lack of!). Classes are taught in a room at a comfortable temperature of 76-78 degrees.

I teach yoga as a journey with an emphasis on energy awareness, complete self acceptance, and balancing challenge with ease, integrating the body, mind, and spirit into a state of harmony, peace, and comfort. Gentle assists, stretches, and massage are offered throughout the class.
