HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: DISCOVERY PHASE
Every project starts with a phone call to discuss your project, and for you to learn more about Pallavi Kale Interiors. After the phone call, we will schedule an in-home/on-site consultation to gather the specifics of the project, assess your needs, wants, wishes, determine the project’s scope, challenges and timing. We discuss the direction of your project, interior investment, share ideas, and decide how best to move forward. After the consultation, Pallavi Kale Interiors will create a design proposal that outlines the scope of your project and the design fee.

STEP 2: DESIGN PHASE
Next, we take measurements and pictures of the space, meet with any other trade partners required for the project, create floor plans and develop a unique design plan perfect for your space. We will then schedule a Design Presentation where we share concept boards, schematic designs, and an estimated cost for all components of the project. After receiving your feedback, we will make any necessary changes. The final Design Presentation will include the final construction documents, cost, and design details including furniture, window treatments, cabinetry, and accessories for the entire project. After approval of the design, we begin the process of purchasing all items identified in the design plan.

STEP 3: DELIVERY PHASE
We will then assist you with selecting the right contractor, reviewing proposed timelines, and providing the necessary detailed specifications and drawings. After the start of construction, we will work closely with the contractors and visit the job site regularly to oversee that the work is progressing on schedule and as planned. Following construction, for the Final Reveal, we will coordinate the delivery and installation of your furnishing and accessories so that you can now enjoy your new space.
