My experience with Overt has been nothing less than an immense positive impact on my life. I started working with them after having serious legal/relationship issues and returned home. I was having constant suicidal thought up to the day before I had my first session.

I have worked with two coaches (Garland and Zach) and each have helped me through my “rock bottom” by providing empathy and compassion first. I didn't end up using Overt Coaching because I used my university career center instead, but Garland and Daniel reached out to me, were super friendly, and responded promptly.

I highly recommend hiring a life coach on bark. The hourly rate can be pricey but it's definitely worth it. I've never met someone who cared so much about my life. It really means a lot to me!

I am grateful to have met Garland. I was in a very dark space and required severe therapy. From the start of our conversation Garland’s expertise sensed my level of emotional dissatisfaction along with his outstanding listening skills.

Garland is very helpful and very real. There is so much knowledge and so many life coaches how can you know your hard earned money is going to good use?
