We want justice!
Ms. Eason has something coming for her after the stunt she pulled!! It is coming to light that many of her clients have fallen victim to her scams and I would like to raise awareness so no one else can experience the losses she has caused as she breaches her own contract. In short, if you are looking for an event coordinator, DO NOT GO WITH HER. She has gone MIA after an event that vendors are claiming they were not paid, she lies about why things can’t get fulfilled at the last minute, and unprofessional when dealing with her clients. She will NOT get any credit for the recent wedding she supposedly coordinated and realize that scamming innocent people has caught up to her. Darlene is very unprofessional and I would not recommend her. She was hired by my sister as the day before/day of event coordinator and decorator for her wedding. Nearing closer to the wedding, my sister asked for some financial assistance from my mom, sister and myself. We asked Darlene to provide us with receipts because she was requesting large sums of money. Darlene continually came up with excuses and lies as to why receipts could not be provided. During the process, she took no accountability for her actions and continuously blamed my sister for all that was going wrong. Each time I brought to her attention, what she should’ve been doing, her response was “that’s not my job.” During one of our conversations she also stated, “I’m not even making any money off of this event other than my event coordinator fee.” How unprofessional!!! On the day of the dress rehearsal, Darlene showed her true character. When we approached her about the receipts again, she immediately got defensive and began yelling, as well as pointing her finger. She expressed that she was frustrated and I let her know that, we as a family were too being that we had to find black tablecloths for my sister’s wedding. Don’t let Darlene, fool you! She does not do her own arrangements and merely just sits the toppers on the vases. She does not give credit to her vendors and much of what my sister had at her wedding, my sister ordered. There’s so much more I can say, but I will fast forward to this week. We found out from vendors that Darlene did not pay them. I knew she was a scammer, but this just confirmed my speculations.
