I received a sweet little vase of flowers sent by my oral surgeon to wish me a speedy recovery. I was very impressed with the selection, number, and quality of the flowers as well as their arrangement and packaging for delivery. I was not at home when they were delivered and care was taken to find a spot so they would be both visible at the door and protected from the sun on a mostly open deck. So perfect it made me cry and left me speechless! Tim did the flowers for our wedding in February at Laurel Hall. I literally cried when I first saw what he had done with our ceremony room. It was beyond anything I had imagined, surpassing what we had talked about. He took what we discussed, my ideas, my inspirations, and pictures I had found and truly brought it to life! The whole time I was working with him, he was easy to talk to, and I felt he was very open and upfront, giving his professional opinion and input when he had an idea to make something look better than what I had thought. Our Backyard Flower Shop did the flowers for my wedding September 10th. Tim did such a great job interpreting what I wanted into beautiful bouquets for myself and bridesmaids and staying within my price range. The boutonnieres were wonderful as well! My father passed away recently and we went to Backyard Flowers for help with flowers for the funeral. We talked to Tim and he couldn't have been more helpful to us. We were grieving and not thinking too straight and he knew how to guide through the process of flower selection. He made a casket spray, two standing sprays, a vase arrangement, and a great-grandchild pillow for the casket.

They were BY FAR the most beautiful funeral pieces I have ever seen. They were done in red, white and blue - so there was a rose casket spray that was breathtaking - no cheap roses, these were deep red and fragrant - just gorgeous. Everyone comment on how beautiful they were.

In February, I received an arrangement from Backyard Flowers that was purple and green - an original and natural beautiful one. This is no standard FTD - this florist has talent that is beautifully demonstrated through his work.

Thank you Tim - the beauty of the flower arrangements was perfect for our beloved Husband, Dad, Grandpa and Great-Grandpa. More...
