Good customer service during booking. I booked months in advance for a move-out clean and carpet cleaning. And explained that I needed the services completed by a specified time. They called the day before to inform me that the company they use for carpet cleaning was unavailable in the morning but could come later. However, the new time would not work with my timeline. One lady arrived to clean the house, which was totally fine because we were in a 2 BD/1.5 BA townhome. She was scheduled to do a move-out clean (minus the refrigerator and oven). After she left we found areas where she hadn't adequately cleaned (i.e. fireplace mantle, hallway closet, and the floors were sticking as well. My landlord complained about the shotty job.After the service was complete. I  received two invoices that included the carpet cleaning. And I had to send emails and call (x2) to get it corrected. The customer service was good hence the 2 stars; I should have know There will be problems when they finished my house in less than three hours for a deep clean. They didn't clean the ceiling fans, They didn't adequately dust most of the areas of the house the Mopping job on the floors was horrible.  This was over $200 so it wasn't cheap. I booked a deep  cleaning this past weekend and I need to say that I usually don't leave reviews because I am always busy. Let me tell you, I was very Impressed! 3 cleaners showed up with a bunch of tools, cleaning supplies, they came prepared and that put me at ease. During the cleaning they moved all my furniture to clean behind them and under them. My house is 4000 sqft so cleaning it is a nightmare! When I first contacted Oui Clean through Yelp, communication with them was prompt and easy.  I booked a basic cleaning for 3 areas (kitchen, bathroom, and living room) that I needed to be clean for professional real estate photos.  Oui Clean DMV gave me an appointment arrival window of 10am-12pm, with the cleaning to be completed by 1:30pm, as the photographer was scheduled to arrive that afternoon.  The day of my appointment, no one showed up or called during the arrival window.  When I called to inform Oui Clean of this, the receptionist said that she'd try to figure out what happened and would have two cleaners out to my house as soon as possible.  Only one cleaning person showed up, and at 1:00pm no less!  She had to rush through cleaning the 3 areas in an hour for what Oui Clean previously told me should've been a 3-hour job.  After the appointment, Oui Clean contacted me to offer a partial refund for the inconvenience, but asked that I send photos of the areas that were not properly cleaned.  I sent in the photos as requested, but was told that they don't include things like baseboard cleanings with their standard cleanings, even though their website clearly states that baseboards and such would be cleaned!  I informed them of this by sending a screenshot of that text on their site, but I never heard back from them or received a partial refund.  I won't be using them again for any reason. I will not be using this company again.   They showed up 30 minutes late.   Told me there would be a team of 3 but only a mother and her teenage daughter came.    Team lead did not speak English.   Daughter told me they would not be doing the deep clean which is what I ordered.   Team leader was frustrated as was I.After all of this they did not do a very good job.  I could visibly see dirt along the floor boards which I could gather in piles with my hand.  Luckily I had Clorox wipes in my car that I could use to clean the visible dirt.Poor results in every facet: booking communication, execution and they were the highest priced quote.   You don't always get what you pay for! They came in and did all that I asked and more! 4 Bed/4 bath house and 4 ladies showed up.  Service was fast and efficient. Reoccurring monthly charge is the least expensive of any I'd checked with. Changed Sheets, made the bed, clean 4 bathrooms. windows inside, refrigerator and oven outside, microwave inside and outside, floors mopped and carpets/rugs vacuumed. Thank you OUI Clean DMV for your January 2020 deep cleaning job at our recently acquired bay house.  It was a great job especially on places in the house not cleaned in many, many years. Included were all walls wiped from ceiling to baseboard and all baseboards cleaned.  The bathroom and laundry room shiny clean!   Stephanie and Miriam arrived on time, went to work and labored steadily until all requested cleaning was completed.They were so pleasant and diligent workers it was a pleasure to have them around. My roommates and I were desperate to have someone come in to clean our house after the cleaners our landlord recommended cancelled on us last minute. I had done research on Oui Clean prior to this and gave them a call that afternoon and the two owners of the business made sure we were taken care of, despite the circumstances. They dropped what they were doing and did the job themselves and their work was amazing! I'm so glad I called them because they were extremely kind and dedicated to their business. Do not use if you are moving out! I used their services when moving out of the place and I'd like to warn against anyone who thinks it might be a cheap service. They originally quoted $100, which was the main reason I hired them as the quote was competitive. On the day of the appointment, only one cleaner came without bringing a vacuum. I asked if they had any questions twice (the first time I met them and 15 mins later when I came back to take away the last furniture), to which they told me no question. 10 mins later another representative called me asking for extra charge for "deep cleaning". I agreed to that and told them I expected the apartment to be cleaned thoroughly to avoid any fees afterwards. At the end of the cleaning, they took before and after pictures and facetime to show me most of the apartment, except the oven that they haven't cleaned. Guess what? It was the kitchen and oven that caused my landlord to hire another cleaning services and cost me another $150. I used a different move out services before, same price that I paid at the end, and they came with 3 people instead of just one person like this one. More...
