I couldn't be happier! My boyfriend booked one of their stretch limousines to surprise me for my birthday! There were like hundred roses and a present inside of the limo, so everything looked like we were in a movie! We had dinner at our favorite restaurant, and after that, the driver took us to a bar where our friends were waiting for us. This was one of the best birthdays I've ever had! After moving to florida 4 years ago and needing transportation on the regular to and from the Orlando airport I was lucky enough to find these guys. Â No matter when I call or what time I need a ride they are always there to pick me up. Courteous friendly and always on time. I reviewed many transportation/car service options from MCO to Universal and settled with OTS after speaking with Sammy and confirming price, availability, service, etc. Â Sammy is the epitome of professional - calm, attentive, helpful, on-time. Â His prices are competitive, if not the most competitive (and very reasonable - comparable to a cab). Â He is incredibly intelligent and articulate - I sat up front with him while the three other members of our family were in the back, and he is educated, smart and thoughtful. Â His Town Car is immaculate, and our children felt like they were riding in a limo. Â He was on-time when our flight arrived at MCO and met us at baggage claim, then attended to our luggage while we walked a short distance to his waiting car just behind the baggage return. Â We had an early return to MCO from Universal, and Sammy thoughtfully texted us before his arrival at 5:45am to avoid ringing our phones in case we were still in sleep mode. Decided to go with them after reading the reviews and getting reasonable quotes. Â Sammy picked us up from airport to hotel, and later from Port Canaveral back to airport. Â He's super nice, courteous, on time, and friendly. Â On top of that, he's very honest, which is very hard to come by these days. Â Thank you very much Sammy!!! Just used this service today and could not be happier. Â Booked a short notice round trip town car service from our Disney resort to Universal Studios and everything went as smooth as could be. Â Our driver Adam was excellent. Â He was pleasant and attentive, but most of all....ON TIME (actually early). Even changed our return pick up time mid day and the staff totally accommodated our change in itinerary. Â Clean car. Â Easy safe ride. Â Great service! My BFF and I were taking a girls trip to Florida to take a cruise with a couple night stop in Orlando prior to the cruise. We booked all of our ground transportation with Orlando Transportation Specialists prior to our arrival. We paid in advance with our credit cards, so it made the travel very easy and stress free. When we arrived in Orlando our driver was waiting for us with our name on an iPad in the baggage claim area. He helped us with our luggage and took us out to the very clean, spacious town car waiting for us outside. We had the same driver on all three legs and he was very friendly, prompt and helpful. He drove us safely to all of our locations and made sure we knew where to go to meet him when we got back from our cruise. He always kept the car at a comfortable tempurature and was even aware of when we were having a conversation and kept the music turned low and when we mentioned loving a song, turned it up for us. He was both professional and fun at the same time. I would not hesitate to use them again, it was a very positive experience all the way around. I will NEVER take another taxi in Orlando again. After years of annual trips and awful cab rides, I'm so thankful to find Sammy and his drivers. My five girlfriends and I used this company for ALL of our transportation for two days and nights while visiting Orlando. Every single time, without fail, within twenty minutes of calling, our drivers were waiting patiently for us exactly where we needed them to be. Excellent service. Very clean and well maintained vehicle (Suburban). The driver (Sammy) was well prepared and a safe driver. I felt completely at ease and safe (I'm female).
