I am very impressed by the personal care Orchards Little Secret Boutique provided from the arrangement to the delivery. The flower arrangement was simply beautiful surpassing the advertised photo. They made multiple attempts to deliver the flowers to my aunt and kept me in the loop every step. When my aunt accepted the delivery the florist sent me pictures of the flowers adorning her table. Ordered roses for an anniversary, Came here on Saturday 11/3 at around 5pm to pick up, the lady there was extremely helpful and friendly. She took extra care because it was for my gf and I anniversary. She even went out with me to my car put the roses in a box and strapped them down I my passenger seat with the seatbelt. Ive lived in the area for about 8 months now and ive been dying to come in here. Today was my day! I came in and Bella helped me pick out a beautiful big bouquet of lilies for my girlfriend. Wow. Just wow. The service here was phenomenal! Shout out to Bella who made my experience amazing, she not only arranged my flowers beautifully, but she also taught me so much about flowers and shared her knowledge and passion with me. I got the rainbow roses and other pink roses and you could tell they were high quality because normal roses you get from the store or any other place has 20-30 petals, but these roses were so rich with quality with 50-60 petals. I wanted to get a special bouquet for a dear friend of mine who was recovering from a major surgery. I knew a cheap bouquet from a grocery store wouldn't cut it, so after finding Orchids and reading the reviews, I thought I'd give it a shot! The store was small and misleading when you first walk in, as they sell lots of other merchandise. But Bella, the florist there was SO kind and helpful from start to finish! I was able to custom make my friend's arrangement with a GORGEOUS and very unique set of flowers and greens. She paid attention to detail, took her time and ensured that I got even more than I paid for. The pricing was extremely reasonable and I was so thankful for the extra care and attention. Bella even walked me out to my car to ensure that the flowers were set up in my car carefully so that they wouldn't topple over on the ride back home. After spending countless hours deciding what to get for my cousin's graduation. I finally decided to get her some beautiful blue orchid leis which lead me to discover Orchids Little Secret. A quick phone call led to Bella assisting me; she was able to hold the leis they had available especially because it would take me 45 mins to arrive their shop and my last minute decision to pick these up during graduation weekend. I rushed in on the morning of a graduation ceremony looking for a last minute bouquet. Most other flower shops were either out of fresh bouquets or were closed (at 9am on a graduation day, surprisingly). Bella was extremely accommodating and understood that I was pressed for time, and was able to make a beautiful fresh bouquet for me within the hour. I also picked up a few graduation balloons here (they are much cheaper than other stores and look just as great). I really love this boutique. I've only been here a few time because it's kind of out of my way but when ever I'm in Orange County I make sure to stop here before I leave. I love this little boutique so much that I exchanged numbers with the manager so she can send me pics of all her new items when they come in because they sell out really fast. I have bought from Orchi's designer bags, perfumes, dresses, and even clothes for my two small dogs. This boutique I'm telling you has everything. Such a wide variety of things to purchase it's hard to leave there empty handed. It even has things for men which only makes it another great place to shop for gifts.
