I never work out this hard on my own. Also quick story, I had a real problem with my $150.00 heart rate monitor. I would get half way through my workout and it would quit working. Ended up going without it for the duration of my membership. Started going back recently and mentioned this story to the people at the desk and today they gave me a brand new replacement free of charge. Very impressedwith the girls at the front desk and enjoy Matt as a trainer. 5 stars !!!!!!!! More...

There's just no way to describe how OrangeTheory has challenged and changed me. The one hour workouts are intense, but I know exactly how hard I worked because of the monitor AND I continue to burn calories due to the afterburn. The coaches provide excellent instruction and correction during class and bring an element of fun to every session. No more walking around a gym trying to figure out what to do or walking on a treadmill for hours wondering if I've "done enough." I really like how organized and efficient my workout time at OT is - get in, get a great workout and get on with my day. The atmosphere is energetic and fun. In my world of needing to make the most of my time I have found the work out for those like me! In one hour I walk out with the full package workout strength (all muscles are worked), endurance and cardio. I've been going for about 2 years, my endurance and strength for any activity has improved immensely. OTF gave me the base training to accomplish my goal of a local 11 mile race "The Bair Gutsman" up a mountain, exceeding my goal time and place! More...

My mom got me into orange theory and I absolutely love it! I have a hard time working out by myself because I struggle to push myself and stay motivated, but orange theory helps me to push myself every time! It's super fun and I look forward to going every day!The trainers are amazing and make it easy to get a good workout! It's a different workout every time too. The staff is super nice. I love OT! I particularly like the structure, schedule and personal training experience that OT provides. I don't have to figure out what I'm going to work on today or when I'm going to find time. I now schedule my workouts in advance and make them a PART of my schedule rather than something I try to squeeze in. I love that I can just show up to class and every exercise, every muscle group and every detail is professionally structured for me. I just show up and get to work; it's so efficient. Each class is instructed by and ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL and it makes a big difference. This is where the monthly cost comes in. Yes it costs a bit of money each month, but that is what it takes to get a great facility, nice equipment and a professional trainer every day. It's worth every penny. With OT you get the personal trainer experience at a fraction of what that would otherwise actually cost you. And, the trainers are AMAZING! They motivate me to push harder and give me specific instruction on ways to improve. The staff is great too! They are always cheerful and make it fun to be there. Really happy with the system they've developed at OT Kaysville. I now look forward to my workouts, and it's been a long time since I've really been able to say that. More...

I love orange theory!! I go almost everyday and I burn so many more calories than I do at a regular gym. I love how you sign up for the classes you want! The coaches are so good! I went with a friend to try out Orange Theory several months ago with my mind set it would just be that one time. As soon as I had finished one workout I was hooked! It's awesome!!! If you haven't tried it, you must! Orange Theory is great for all fitness levels. It pushes you individually. I feel stronger and faster every day. The instructors are awesome and motivating. I have been a member since Oct 2016. This workout method in addition to my nutrition has made a huge impact on my overall fitness and health. I am in the best overall shape and fitness I've ever been in my life and I'm over 40. Coaches push you as much as you want them to and they are very motivating. It's also fun to get pushed by the other members to higher expectations and goals. I would completely recommend this location and style of workout. More...
