Hands down the best gym. I have been working out for a long time and gone to many gyms. Opex is different than any I have been to. My normal cycle was going to the gym for 3 or 4 months and then getting bored and stopping for 2 or 3. Opex was the first gym I was ever able to go to for 5 days in a row and look forward to the following week to start all over again. The owner, Anthony, and my trainer, Leila put their heart and soul into this place. I've never seen results like I have in my 4 months of working out here. We are fortunate enough to have a floor trainer watching us for every workout. They immediately notice if we are doing something incorrect and come over to show us the right way. Not only that but our trainer designs a customized workout for us each day of the week, so it never gets boring!! My trainer also assists me with nutrition and customized an eating plan tailored to my goals. Also, if I ever travel, my trainer will put together a workout based on what equipment the gym or hotel has. I love this gym and couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process! More...

I'm here on vacation with the family and I gave OPEX a call. From the first phone call to the second workout I just finished these guys have been awesome and extremely knowledgeable. Redline is an Outstanding CROSSFIT box. I travel for business extensively and have visited over 25 locations in the USA and Europe. Unexpected circumstances prolonged a 1 week Naples visit to 6 weeks. I dropped in at several local crossfit locations in Naples. Redline was by far the best. Anthony and his wife Alison have been running this since 2008, so they know their stuff. Instruction was excellent. Members were all helpful and welcoming. Anthony worked with on a couple of areas I needed improvement and the entire staff was professional and focused on proper technique. It is an absolute pleasure to become a member of this gym. The work-outs are well thought out and follow a program. My goal was to tone up and it was hard to find motivation going to a regular gym, the coaches, the athletes/members, the fun and challenging work outs make it easy to push yourself harder each time you go in ( even at 5:30 AM )Highly highly recommend joining CrossFit Redline. The ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Coach Anthony and Coach Lisa are amazing, knowledgeable and welcoming! My husband and I dropped in while vacationing in Naples! We even brought along our 4 year old son for all of the workouts! This gym represents the very essence of everything that makes Crossfit so great! It feels like a family the moment you walk in the door! Everyone is welcoming, encouraging and friendly. Dropped in at CrossFit Redline for a morning WOD which happened to be Randy. It was a relatively small class with the rest of the gym being used by a few members focusing on squats and snatches on their own. The coach was very aware of the class and paid close attention to everyone's form while warming up for the higher volume workout and continued with that level of detail throughout the workout. The members were very welcoming, great attitudes and very encouraging to everyone (including myself.) The space was clean and sizable, music selections were excellent. My only knock against the box would be that some of the equipment was a bit on the weathered/worn-in side. I'll happily be back the next time that I'm down in Naples. More...
