I’ve tried many diet plans and was tired of being restricted to eating certain foods, shakes or bars to lose weight. My main goal wasn’t to worry about the number on the scale, I wanted to have more energy and learn about nutrition and develop healthy eating habits that I could live by. Been working with on-point for the last month. As someone who didn’t really think it was possible to stick to a nutrition plan, this is 100% sustainable for anyone. They don’t sell their own line of shakes, bars, etc. which goes to show their main focus is your health and well-being, not making a quick buck like a lot of these other programs you see on the market. I am so grateful I was suggested On Point Nutrition. For years I have been listening to all the diet fads and have been doing what I call the diet yo-yo ! Being very active I couldn’t understand how my no carb and intermittent fasting was not allowing me to loose weight. I have been with Kaitlyn for only a few weeks and have lost 4.8 pounds! I’m eating more food than ever and again eating carbs! I’m never hungry and feel amazing . Kaitlyn is a complete joy to speak to and answers all my questions so quickly. I joined Onpoint 5 weeks ago. Although I felt a bit overwhelmed in the beginning, I stuck with it thanks to Ivy and am so glad I did. Ivy is so helpful, knowledgeable, accessible and most of all supportive and encouraging. I feel so much better physically now that I am eating a more healthy, balanced and nutritious plan. I’m not hungry and my cravings are less. I can even go out to eat and have a glass of wine or 2 with some easy planning. More...

My doctor recommended On Point and I’m so glad she did! I started with Kate to lose weight and just generally feel healthier, and I’ve achieved both. I lost 20 pounds in about 15 weeks. While I’d love to lose weight faster, they’re realistic and I’m actually able to keep the weight off. I highly recommend using them if you want someone to keep you accountable while being realistic! I really enjoyed working with OnPoint! I worked with Gal and found her to be really helpful in setting myself up for a healthy lifestyle. My goal was mostly to find a good balance in my diet, with the hope that I'd shed a few pounds in the process, and that's exactly what happened. Gal was super helpful breaking down what portions I should shoot for, helping me find ways to meet those goals, and modifying the portions as my needs change. I'm about to finish my program and I feel like I have this under control--  I know what I'm doing now that's working for me, and I know what to do in the future once these goals are easy to meet. I wanted to learn to make better decisions regarding my food choices that would become a healthier way of life for me.  I also wanted to lose some weight but more importantly to feel better.  I found this program easy to follow and have loved my sessions with Gal who has been supportive and informative!  It has changed the way I view food from missing meals and binge eating to taking more responsibility for what I put it my mouth!!! I needed to regain my health and re-learn how to eat.  I have digestive issues and was not making good choices.  My counselor was not only knowledgeable and supportive but creative in addressing my challenges.  The tools and menus made this process easy and actually fun.  The ability to meet virtually made it possible to meet regularly with my counselor.  This was a positive experience and my health and energy continues to improve. Working with Zoe, I was finally able to create a balanced diet for myself. I broke my habits of overeating sugary treats in the office, and I replaced my take-out tendencies for quick and easy meals. I am so glad I found OnPoint and Ivy! I love that they can work with me even though I'm across the country, as finding a nutritionist who understands veganism was important to me. The process has been great from the very first initial intake call--they heard my concerns, and Ivy approaches my sessions with an understanding that behavior change is challenging but also necessary. As many have echoed before me, OnPoint Nutrition is not a quick weight loss solution or a fad diet. It is a lifestyle change and you need to be committed to changing your life before you sign up in order to succeed. I have been working with Ivy for about 6 weeks now and she has been able to change the way that I think about food and has been my constant motivator. She is always available if I have any questions or need help planning a meal out. The nudge app has been a huge part of keeping my meal planning on track and my weight loss consistent. This company creates individualized weight loss strategies for its clients. There is no one size fits all; every person is different. I have been a client for a year and a half, I lost 30 lbs within the first 8 months, and kept them off. The greatest benefit I experienced except weight loss, is that I developed healthy new habits. On Point helped me find the sweet spot between lower weight and still being able to enjoy food. For the past few months I have been working with Katelan to try and reach not just my goal weight, but my goal lifestyle. She made healthy eating easy and accessible . I started with OnPoint in February due to a recent GI diagnosis and referral by my doctor. I have been working with Zoe since i started and she has helped me immensely. She has taken the time to really get to know me and how i interact with food as well as understanding my diagnosis and new specific diet I’ve needed to implement. I have been working with Emily from OnPoint Nutrition for a year. I have some food allergies and many foods I do not like to eat, so I always found it hard to eat healthy and try new things prior to working with Emily. She has taught me about healthier food options, proper portion sizes, scheduling my meals and snacks at appropriate times, and she exposed me to new foods/recipes I would not normally try. We discuss my weekly schedule during our calls, and she helps me prepare for changes in my routine/special events. Awesome organization. I am a diabetic and was taking 120 units of insulin a day along with metformin. After working with Emily for about 8 months I was able to lose 30 pounds and reduce my insulin from 120 units a day to 50 units. Like Emily said it's not a diet it's a change of life style. I didn’t quite know what to expect when starting this program, but I decided just to give it a try. I am incredibly grateful for the tactics and resources this program offers. This isn’t a fad diet program or some short term solution. It is a holistic approach to making smart choices with my food intake and understanding portion sizes, reading labels, and even how to plan for a big meal or night out. They, or really Ivy, is fantastic. She helped me peel off and keep off 13 post menopausal comfort pounds. I was in a place where I simply could not stop the evening food cravings. She helped, no really, it stopped. I could not believe it! Try them.. also, On point is on time, meaning she hits all of our appointments. I have been working with Emily from OnPoint Nutrition since April and am down 35 lbs - slowly, steadily and healthfully. I feel amazing. Working with Emily has been great - this program gives me just what I needed: structure and support, with just enough flexibility to fit it into my daily life. After only a few weeks I felt better because I was eating so much more nutritiously. Emily has been a great support - helping me to plan, troubleshoot, and making suggestions to improve. When I was feeling more hungry, she helped me figure out how to adjust my eating schedule to support my needs, while still being able to lose. She's helped me plan for the "regular" schedule, as well as trips and special occasions. I have done vacations, holidays, weekends away, all while staying on plan. Having the frequent regular meetings and journaling helps keep me honest and focused on my goals. This is definitely one of the best things I've done for myself. More...

I started working with OnPoint Nutrition June 19th. Today is August 17th and I am 25 pounds lighter! Emily, my nutritionist, is excellent! She has helped me figure out a healthy eating plan that I can maintain. She also gives me great recipes and suggestions for new types of food to eat. The best part is, I am not hungry, I am eating food I like and in the right portions. The OnPoint Nutrition plan works. I like the 2 virtual meetings per week format. If I had to drive to an office to have a meeting, I might not have ever started. Emily is available via text and email if I ever have a question or concern between our meetings. Josie has been frikkin' awesome!I joined OnPoint around 4/2016 to learn how to eat better. I've been battling with my diet and weight for 2 years and I was finally able to lose and keep off 10lbs thanks to Josie and OnPoint. I went from a diet of mozzarella fries and wine to a good balance of fruits, veggies, and proteins (and a little wine). Josie has been an awesome cheerleader, teacher, and disciplinarian. During our weekly virtual meets, she cheered me on when I was beating myself up for a crazy weekend. She has given great tips about fitness and nutrition w/o confusing me too much with dietician jargon. And she let me know (in her not-so-sweet, but not-so-stern way) when I needed to get back on track.The online restaurant, food, and serving size guides have been absolute Godsends! This summer has been a pretty crazy one, and without those guides to refer to (which I do quite often!), I never would have done as well as I have with OnPoint. With my busy and constantly changing schedule, it was easy for me to easily skip meals then over indulge when I did eat. I thought that skipping meals would help me lose weight. I was wrong. In working with Britney, she taught me that skipping meals was not the way to go. She showed me the importance of planning my meals the way I did the rest of my day. She really focused on my lifestyle and helped me figure out a plan that worked for me. In addition to the one-on-on coaching, her and her team maintain a great blog full of short articles that are jam packed with good information and ideas to incorporate into everyday.
