I would not recommend anyone else. That is my one-liner that sums up my experience with Brandon, his team and his company. I have dealt with many "design" companies before and they are nothing more than fly-by-night operations that specialize in one time transactions and then do what they're amazing at: not answering your phone calls or emails. Describe your creative process.
Every design we complete is 100% custom to your business. We ask you for the content and design around your direction and competitive analysis. We have customized forms that are completed by our clients that ask all the right questions to get started. After that, you receive your first set of design comps within 4 business days. Then after that, all changes are completed within 2 business days. We also have rush projects if needed.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We will need to have a kickoff meeting for websites to understand your objective. After that, we go out and do competitive research to see what other like-minded companies are doing in your industry. If it's a graphic design project, we will need the content that will be placed on that specific design item. For a lot of projects, we have forms that ask all the questions needed to get started.
