I am a life coach/health and nutrition coach and registered nurse.
I am a mother of 3 grown daughters and have walked through many years of rebellion, drugs and alcohol and self harm issues with my girls.
-I bring a wide range of education and experience on many issues in raising children. .
I have been married to the same man for 36 years and bring years of marriage counseling with me as I counsel others.
I have worked on a suicide hotline.
I have counseled with women involved in human trafficking.
I have counseled women in transition coming out of prison.
I have counseled and mentored women for 1 year periods at a time as they try to rebuild their lives after prison or rehab.
I have been a Stephen Minister at my church and completed all the training required.
I have a Bachelors in Business and a Bachelors of Science in nursing.
I have taught multiple bible studies at my church over the past 25 years.
I have been a certified, licensed personal trainer and nutrition coach.
I bring an accumulation of years of experience in a variety of different areas. And my passion is working with women of all ages including teenagers.
I work through FaceTime or Zoom at your convenience.
