I have been both an athlete and fellow coach under coach Murphy and can tell you from years of experience that he is absolutely top notch when it comes to technique, fundamentals, discipline and above all (what no one in the wrestling industry talks about) out of the box wrestling. Incorporating jujitsu into the wrestling curriculum to train for those moments that every wrestler will inevitably find themselves in, but those coached by Murph will know what to do and be comfortable in doing it. Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable and adding new weapons to the arsenal with every session.
