10 Star Recommendation! Shop Local. There isn't a single time when I have ordered flowers from Oma's Garden, that they weren't stunning. They care that your flowers are fresh, arranged beautifully and artistically, and delivered on time! They are patient, offer suggestions, and can work within any budget. Unlike others, they stay in touch with you through the entire process, from your order, to the confirmation of your delivery. We lived in this area for a long time, and didn't know they were there. I’ll never use a 1-800 florist service again! Too many times have I order online based on a web photo, and the delivered product didn’t even come close! I live in the central FL area, and decided to try a local florist instead for my mothers birthday. After reading all the great reviews about Oma’s, I called and spoke to Diana who was very pleasant. Diana was attentive, professional, and made some great suggestions for my mother’s arrangement. The end product was just as beautiful or even better than their online web pic! First, it should be noted that neither me nor my siblings live in Florida. That being said, we have no real point of reference as my parents are new retirees to the state. So we were kinda flying blind so to speak. At any rate my Dad had been in hospital & with everything going on my siblings & I realized we almost forgot our mom’s birthday. The evening before her birthday we ordered a gift, but it was not going to get to her until after her actual birthday. We came up with the idea of flowers but wasn’t sure a flower shop would be able to do a same day delivery. I googled flower shops the next day & thought I would take a chance on Oma’s Garden Flower Shop. I am so glad that I took a chance to call this flower shop. The employee who took my call was named Vianey. She was so absolutely awesome. While I was online on the website she answered every question about any bouquets I had a question about. She was knowledgeable, patient & just simply wonderful. I was assured that they would be able to do a same day delivery; however, I was concerned that my mother would not be at home when the delivery came, as she had been back & forth to the hospital. Vianey took the time to explain that they would contact my mother prior to attempting delivery & that I would also get an email confirmation of the order and the actual delivery. Needless to say crisis averted. My mother loved her flowers & they looked absolutely beautiful. All I can say a heartfelt thank you, thank you, thank you to Vianey & the folks at Oma’s Garden Flower Shop for making our mother’s birthday special despite everything else. More...

Good afternoon. I wanted to drop you a line and let you know about what incredible customer service Ivy provided today. We had a limited spending budget so I called to create a flower arrangement for my niece who had surgery. Ivy was sensitive to our needs and assisted me in creating an arrangement. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days!! I requested having a text sent to me with a photo of the arrangement so that my 84 year old mother could see it. She said she would do it and it came just as promised. It warmed my heart to be able to share this with Mom. A little thing to do, but SO special...

Stopped in looking for a little something special for the holidays. Lady that assisted me was EXCELLENT in taking my order and understood what I was looking for ! ! Oma is great. I had to send my grandmother an arrangement for her birthday. Me, being a guy, had no idea what to do. I know I wanted something special that I could see.
