This was the first time I was hiring someone to professionally clean my carpets, I found Timothy on Yelp and decided to go with him based on his raving reviews and affordable prices. I am so glad I did! He was punctual, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to get as much of the carpet as he could. He was efficient and I am so grateful! I will definitely be calling him again in about a year. The only thing I have to say is he mentioned the carpets should be dry within about 4 hours after he left and they definitely were still very damp, even the next morning they are still a little damp. Timothy did an amazing job on my couch and I couldn't be happier. I got nail polish on my white very expensive sectional couch. I tried everything and it wouldn't come out. Timothy was quick to respond to my inquiry and answered all my questions. Timothy came a few days later and got the stain out and as well as cleaned my couch. He was very nice and professional! Highly recommend!!! I contacted Olympus after finding them right here on Yelp. My questions were answered within 24 hours and Timothy called to schedule the appointment. Luckily our calendars aligned and he was in my home a few days later. He arrived on time , was very pleasant and at no point was there an up sell or a change in pricing . He cleaned my 3 seat sofa , 6 dining rooms chairs , my living room rug- which was not originally on the list as well as my 3 bar stools - also not on list. I am very happy with the job done .
