OJMR-Architects is a Los Angeles based architecture and interior design firm founded in 1994 by Jay M. Reynolds that provides design led solutions detailed with precision and subtlety.

We offer our "small home" program of design services providing design/construction drawings for the budget driven project. If your program is to build a home between 1,500 - 2,500 SF please call for more information. We have many floor plan options that we have developed over the many years of practice that we can deliver a set of plans for less than $5,000. We can also take a plan that you like and alter it to suit your needs. Custom home designs without the high fees!

Our work is informed by the given physical constraints of site and a client’s program. We aspire to create quiet, contemplative and intimate spaces that balance light, material and space. Design led with a deep passion for construction, we are known for delivering high quality work with an acute attention to detail and often we manage the entire process from design through construction for private residential clients. Whether you want custom design or a standard "small home" design our attention to these design qualities are not diminished.
