We recently partnered with Ogrelogic to redesign our existing website. We came to Ogrelogic with a unique situation as we had just a few years prior redesigned our website with a different web design company, who when the company moved out of the country left us unable to further access our website. As a hotel company, our website is critical to our success from making sure we have a strong Google presence to making the online reservation process as easy as possible for visitors to our site. We came upon Ogrelogic from a friend/recruiter and from our first phone meeting with Gaurav we knew Ogrelogic could help us solve our website dilemma. At the first interaction, Gaurav with professional, knowledgeable, attentive to our website needs, and most of all was genuinely concerned about the status of our website. We mentioned to Gaurav that we no longer had administrative access to our website and therefore were unable to make necessary changes. Gaurav and his team worked diligently to recreate a new website from a template we saw online and was transparent in giving us the administrative details for the new site. Through the initial design process Gaurav kept in constant communication making sure that their team was accurately capturing our design/hotel information for the new site. They were also in direct contact with our reservation vendor to streamline our reservation process, which we are confident will boost our online reservations. We are grateful to learn that once Ogrelogic completes the website, they will conduct a training session with us on how we will be able to make changes ourselves to the website moving forward.
