What do you love most about your job?
I love that "ah-hah!" moment when clients have a breakthrough and they can see things in a different way and suddenly new perspectives and opportunities open up for them. They get very energized and excited to see themselves changing for the better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked in many different roles and organizations. Before becoming a coach, I worked at MIT Sloan for 6 years and I met the most amazing and talented group of global professionals. I loved getting to know them, advising them and learning from them. I left MIT to start my own practice and I now coach professionals from the US, Brazil, Bolivia, Turkey, London, Israel, Armenia and other countries to become their happiest, most successful selves.

Absolutely! Currently, I coach most of my clients through Zoom since they live all over the world. I am also happy to coach in person in the Boston area if desired. Or, if you pay my expenses, I will fly to you!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I generally coach virtually so it is not an issue. If coaching is in person, we may both want to wear masks.
