I have been coming to OCCO for years for multiple services & loved it. Even hosting a number of group gatherings with them. NEVER AGAIN! I have had to cancel 3x in the last year & a half within 24hrs. Two were due to possible covid & 1 was personal. The personal was the third time. To which, I agreed to pay 1/2 of the service since I was within the 24hr window & it was personal. With agreeing to pay (b/c I do understand someone had come in) I expressed my desire to not pay due to the situation & my faithful scheduling over the last number of years. The manager Andrea was completely rude. She raised her voice & when I asked her to please listen to me she hung up on me. I called back & she shushed me along with not giving me the option to talk to the owners. You aren’t the only place in town & I have found somewhere else to take my continuous business too. More...
