This is the first time I've ever had a personal trainer. Such a good decision! I've been training with Tom for about 4 months and the experience has exceeded my expectations! He set up a specific training plan that target the areas I was most concerned about, my arms and stomach. I feel so much stronger and confident! I can now wear tank tops without feeling insecure.
