First of all, I love this store. I've always bought Nyx in drugs stores and was shocked of the quality. So, moving here and finding this store was like finding a gold mine. Now, the reason for my review today: I got my makeup done by Corey(not sure how she spells it) for my birthday celebration, and she blew me away. She is so inspired and imaginative. I gave her nothing to work with, just told her a color and gave an idea of my general personality and she ran with it. I was obsessed with my face for the rest of the day, and it was selfie central. I will absolutely be going again next time I have an event. (but I will have my eyebrows done next time cause this was a surprise for me from my friend and... life) More...

I have read many good reviews about NYX,I tried their eyeliner and it’s amazing even better than high ended products,I decided to try more their product so I walked in this store located in Frisco and bought a bunch of stuff,the shopping experience was awesome. Brandy is very sweet and helpful ,she knew exactly what products are more fit for me,also another staff(she took over Brandy’s shift,I forgot to ask her name)is very helpful too!Love NYC love this store and the staffs! Super friendly help without being pushy and obnoxious. Love the affordability of the make up for a great quality. I like that licenced pros have a place to go where they can use their discount, too.

First time going into a NYX store, and the MUA Brandy made it such an amazing experience. She was overall bubbly and very charming. Out of the two associates present, even though Tuesday is a slow night, she was going above and beyond to assist and greet customers. However, the other associate never greeted anyone or acknowledge other customers that came in the store and just stood there cleaning a brush. Brandy was amazing and did the work of two, and smiled big the whole time. She treated you like an old friend and could have sold the whole store, if she could. She was absolutely amazing and deserves the best! Definitely will come back, if she's there. Came to browse, but left with so many goodies!! Store was clean and neat. Great experience! More...

This is a great makeup store! The staff here is very helpful. One of my friends and I were looking for makeup. We had been too many special day makeup stores before this. My friend has beautiful skin, but it is a very hard shade to find. We hadn't found it yet. The staff here, found it within minutes. It matches her complexion perfectly! They were very helpful to us.
