I have personally experienced a genuine dispensation of care with acute respect, courtesy, sensibility and the profoundest degree of professionality. My first day on arrival I was in extreme pain, stiffness and was also suffering from partial immobility in my left leg—- thinking I would not recover from my illness. But, the therapists here gave me a thorough physical assessment and assured me that if I followed their instructions I would get well; which I did (I am now feeling 100% well as I did before I became ill). I’ve been attending NY Physical Therapy for the last couple of months. The service has been amazing. Working with Fay and Jose have been great. I started physical therapy for cervical issues and I started seeing results after two weeks. Fay is amazing. She is very smart and knowledgeable. Recommended by a family friend. Currently undergoing physical therapy following Rotator Cuff surgery. Melissa and Stefanie at the front desk will always greet you and are very efficient. For my physical therapy, I usually deal with Steven, Mike, Sam and George. Steven stretches me and he is extremely caring. All 4 gentlemen care deeply for all their patients, are hard workers, and every time I come in I see the vibes. I am doing very well in my healing thanks to them! They NEVER get rattled if it gets busy in the office. Also, I am in need of having both my knees replaced. My first trip out after hip replacement surgery was to NY Physical Therapy. From the moment I walked in Alex and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and safe. At anytime during exercises, you knew you were being watched to ensure you were doing correctly, as any one of the staff would come over to encourage, correct, or if you're lucky add on harder exercises . But that is always ok because you knew you would end your session with hands on massage therapy.The entire staff work hard at getting you back to your "normal" self.Everyone on the staff is friendly and make you feel part of their "PT Family", they also play excellent music to rehab to. I am so glad I picked this Office for my rehab of a tendon transplant. Everyone here is so nice and caring and extremely professional. They all work so hard and seems they never stop going from patient to patient ,providing what we all need to heal . I would totally recommend! Although I’m terrible with names and don’t remember them all, I do know Johnnie and Alex and Bree have helped me along with others and all are friendly and knowledgeable. I have been in Therapy for over 6 weeks and have had wonderful results. My initial instability with my legs are almost gone. The therapy is building strength in the areas around my week knees. I believe these wonderful results are due to the professional therapists at NY Therapy and Wellness in their Melville office. They are knowledgeable and caring. I walk out of therapy feeling I was helped by these outstanding professionals. Wow. ..If it sounds to good to be true chances are.....Not in my case. I am a new patient with neck issues. A little overdue but never too late! I have been coming to this location for about 3 months now and all I have is great things to say! Everyone here is so kind and helpful. Starting with Steph & Melissa at the front desk to the therapists, Mike, Steve, George & Sam; I couldn't have asked for a better team for my recovery. Coming here has made me feel so much better and I will continue to come! They all so genuinely care about all their patients and how they are feeling. I can't recommend this place enough if you need physical therapy. They work with you & always ask how you are feeling.
