Stephanie is very knowledgeable in how what you eat can effect your health. She was patient and resourceful and helped me create a diet plan that worked for my 22 month old son. Diet is the most important factor on total well being. Many of the foods we consume are inflammatory and causing havoc in our bodies. Nutrients are what make our bodies function optimally. If we are deficient in certain nutrients or biologically unable to process certain nutrients, disease can present.
