I have been struggling with weight on amd off for quite some time now. I have tried numerous weight loss programs and meal plans. Most diets didnt work, some worked but I just could not continue eating their pre portioned lab food forever. I saw my husband was getting great results with Nazy so I decided to buy into her beginners program. She took great notes, did an in depth analysis of my past successes and failures. She reviewed my recent and past blood work and we discussed my eating and exercise habits. She put together a plan that was specific just for me....my regular food....something I can eat for the rest of my life-with a few tweaks ofcourse. Lately I was having a hard time with heartburn (this came out of nowhere), bloating and overall feeling heavy after meals. I spoke to my general MD and he suggested I talk to a Dietitian. I called Nutrinaz and Nazy took her time to access my conditions, we discussed my eating habits and excersise regiment. She then asked me to show her my latest blood test so she can come up with a solution. The process took some time but I'm happy and it was worth my patience. She was able to create a diet that was mindful of all conditions and reactions to foods. I'm happy to report that I no longer eat Tums like candy to put out the fire in my throat.....I barely have any bloat and have been more energetic. I recently lost 15 pounds on a 3 month program with Nutrinaz. Nazy put together my own meal plan for personalized weight loss. ...I get to eat all my regular food....except for some that cause allergies, bloating and indigestion, but over all my own food from her meal plan menu. Happy with my results but what I really like the most is the personal care and attention from Nazy. Making the right decisions about what to eat when you have kids is not easy. They constantly snack and I snack with them. I contacted Nutrinaz to get some ideas for the kids and for myself . I tried all sorts of diets in the past to get in shape or to loose weight for an occasion but they were all short lived. I had to buy packaged foods or only eat specific items that were impossible to shop for. Finally decided I needed more info and reached out to Nutrinaz. Easy approach, very detailed oriented, got to know ME and my eating likes and dislikes. Very diverse menu plan that I look forward to eating daily.
