This is my second go around with NU. I have a large garage that needed a new roof before the pandemic and they did a wonderful job. The second time I used them I contact them for an insurance claim due to heavy rains and wind on my house. The quality of the sales staff and construction crew and foreman wonderful. it took a little longer then previously expect but by the time it was done it was worth. I have no problem with the extended completion time, if you want it done correctly then sometime things happen. They were very professional. I was not how ever happy about being told I needed to come up with extra money for the job to be completed. Due to "unforeseen damage/issues" I was told day of construction I would need to product an additional $1000 for the job to be completed. This was an insurance repair not just a "time to get the roof replaced" gig. Knowing this: 1) with just a little more pre site review the additional damage would have been noticed and accounted for 2) because it was an insurance claim this was not planned money. It just so happens that I had the additional money but what would have happened if I didnt. A hundred or two here and there is not a big deal but over a $1000 at the last minute?!? Especially post Covid ... Who has that kind of money laying around..... very irritating amongst other adjectives . That said over all if I have another project around the house I will contact sales person from NUlook for future projects but I will keep a better eye on the numbers "$$$$$" once construction starts More...

Chadd and Jess were our sales person and we found They were very knowledgeable about their material and the labor needed to replace the roof. ⭐️ I had my roof done not even 10 years ago. I noticed that some of my shingles are missing off my house. I called the extended warranty and they’re going to asked me to give them bills from back when I had the roof done to make sure I was a homeowner. I told him that I was the homeowner and I have paperwork showing no one ever came out, no one ever called me back. very disappointed with this company. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I have been trying for weeks to get my sagging storm door repaired that was installed last year. I have called and submitted multiple tickets now. A technician did come out weeks ago but the issue was not fixed and Travis was supposed to get back to me. They come out give you a estimate for more than double of any other estimates. then they knock money off off you sign on directly. high presure sales pitch. reminded me of a used car salesman that keeps going back to see the manager for a better price. total waste of time. check their reveiws on yelp. I asked the saleman about the yelp reviews. he said you can't go by that!! terrible pushy overpriced. . if I can give them a negative two I would would. stay away!!!!22 grand for a 22 square roof. lol More...

Warranty work is impossible. The service representative assists the customer locating the serial number on your window--that is it. Customer must make the claim to the Alside company, place the order, receive the part and hopefully-not have to install it. The roof installation was not completed according to the work order which the onsite foreman admitted he did not review before the job requiring a return visit. Only when I refused to pay the balance was the property damage repaired to the existing new siding. The roof now less than three years old is leaking. Repeated phone calls and completing the online warranty form has yielded calls from the rep promising visits to my home which have not been met by the company. The latest was a request that I be home on a Saturday during a four hour window where no one from the company showed up as promised in their voicemail message. It is now the week before Christmas and a recent snow has added to the water damage to the second floor bedroom ceiling. The water is now dripping through a hole in the plasterboard unto the carpet. I have rarely dealt with such an irresponsible company and am not one to complain. Avoid this company. More...
